What began as a passion for creating exceptional cakes and desserts has grown into a trusted bakery known for quality, creativity and care. As one of the early bakeries to bring cakes and desserts to Aurangabad, we have been part of the city’s dessert culture from the very beginning.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Bakers Lounge, every order is prepared fresh with great care and many of our products are perishable in nature. For this reason, returns are not accepted.
Order Cancellations
- Regular product orders may be cancelled only before order preparation or dispatch begins.
- Customised and made-to-order cakes cannot be cancelled once an order has been confirmed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please notify us within 6 hours of delivery or on the same day, whichever is earlier, along with your order details.
After review, and at the discretion of Bakers Lounge, a replacement or store credit may be offered where applicable.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Bakers Lounge reserves the right to review concerns and determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery on our regular cakes, bakery products and most theme cakes. Certain speciality theme cakes may require prior ordering.
Do you take customised cake orders?
Yes, customised cakes are our speciality. You can browse our website for different themes or connect with us to discuss a design of your choice.
Are your products eggless?
Yes, all our products are eggless and we are a 100% eggless bakery. If you have a specific dietary requirement, we recommend confirming with us before placing an order.
Do you deliver across all locations?
At present, we deliver across Aurangabad only.
Can I choose store pickup instead of delivery?
Yes, orders can also be placed for store pickup.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we do take bulk and corporate orders. Kindly contact us for further details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Changes or cancellations may be possible for regular products before preparation or dispatch begins. Custom cake orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
