Refund policy
At Bakers Lounge, every order is prepared fresh with great care and many of our products are perishable in nature. For this reason, returns are not accepted.
Order Cancellations

Regular product orders may be cancelled only before order preparation or dispatch begins.

Customised and made-to-order cakes cannot be cancelled once an order has been confirmed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please notify us within 6 hours of delivery or on the same day, whichever is earlier, along with your order details.
After review, and at the discretion of Bakers Lounge, a replacement or store credit may be offered where applicable.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Bakers Lounge reserves the right to review concerns and determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
